"Solid place to order from"
I’ve ordered from AllStarHealth a few times now, and honestly, no real complaints. The site is easy to use, and the prices usually seem fair. My orders showed up when expected, tracking was normal, and I didn’t have any weird billing issues or sketchy emails afterward, which I always keep an eye on. I did contact customer service once with a small question, and they were fine. Nothing over-the-top, just a solid site I’d feel okay buying from again.

"My order did show up on time…"
My order did show up on time, which was nice!! But the packaging was just... okay. The box was a little crushed, and one of the bottles had some dust on it?? Thankfully, nothing was broken or leaking, so that was a relief!!! I just feel like they could’ve added more padding inside to keep everything a bit more secure. Not a bad experience overall, just not exactly great either!!

Checkout was quick and easy, which I appreciated. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, the process felt smoother overall. That said, the shipping options weren’t as clear as they could’ve been, and I had to pause for a minute to figure out what made the most sense. I’ve ordered from AllStarHealth a handful of times now, and it’s been decent overall. Their prices are usually fine, and when everything I picked was actually available, the shipping was normal and the order showed up without any drama. The only thing that bugs me is the inventory. I’ll add something to my cart, compare sizes or flavors, maybe double-check the label, and then later it’s either out of stock or just gone from the cart. Not a huge deal, but it’s one of those little things I notice every time. I’d probably order more often if the stock info felt a bit more up to date.

"Coupons are kind of a gamble lol"
The prices are decent, but the discount codes don’t always work. I tried a few coupons and most of them came up invalid at checkout. It’s kinda annoying when it shows deals and then they don’t actually apply, lol.

Everything arrived fresh and there wasn’t any weird smell at all. Compared to some other orders I’ve gotten before, this one felt much cleaner and better right out of the package.

"Good quality and no issues"
I was happy with my order from allstarhealth. The products arrived sealed properly, and nothing looked old, damaged, or questionable. I’ve used them for a little while now and they work about how I expected. Damaged packaging is one of those preventable problems that can really ruin an order, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here

Had a problem at first. Not gonna lie, I was a bit frustrated. Reached out, waited a little, explained what was going on. Then they looked into it and got it fixed. So yeah, in the end, the problem got resolved and I’m happy with how it turned out...

"Pretty solid place to order from"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, mostly when I’m restocking things I don’t feel like shopping around for. Everything’s been straightforward, the orders have come through fine, and I haven’t had any issues that made me second-guess using them again. One thing I’ve noticed after comparing a bit is that their prices usually end up being lower than a lot of other places, so I feel like I’m getting good value each time

"Easy to follow, good updates"
I ordered from allstarhealth.com, it was a easy experience. I got the order confirmation right away, then the shipping info, and tracking, not long after that. The tracking worked fine too, so I could actually see where my package was, without having to guess. Everything showed up when it was supposed to, and there were no issues with the order. Smooth overall.

"Arrived okay, but the reminders were a bit much"
My order showed up later than I was hoping, but thankfully everything arrived in good condition. The only thing that really annoyed me was the constant reminders, they felt way too aggressive and kind of pushy. Overall, it was fine, just not the smoothest experience.

"Product info was definitely off"
I ordered from allstarhealth.com because the product page had the exact details I was looking for, but what showed up was absolutely not lining up the same way. The label had different info than the listing, so I ended up checking everything myself just to be sure. Shipping was totally fine, no issue there, but when it comes to health products, the product info has to be accurate. No question about it. If the listing doesn’t match the label, it makes it really hard to trust the site.

"Return was more of a hassle than I expected"
I thought the return would be straightforward, but it turned into a bit of a back-and-forth over email. Not the end of the world, just one of those annoying things where you think it’s handled, then you’re checking your inbox again. I also had to pay for return shipping, which I wasn’t thrilled about. And the refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it worked out, but the process felt more dragged out than it needed to be

"Good products, slow support"
I ordered from AllStarHealth and the products were fine, no complaints there. The only thing that was a little frustrating was trying to get help with my order. I sent them a message and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which was longer than I expected. They did eventually respond and got my issue fixed, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish their customer support was a bit quicker

I grabbed a few vitamins and some protein bars from AllStarHealth.com, and the order was spot on. Right flavors. Nothing missing. Which I appreciated, since I’ve had mix-ups with other sites before. The box showed up in good shape too. Happy overall.

The prices were good, but the shipping cost ended up being more than I expected. Not sure what whoever runs this is thinking with that, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. My order showed up fine and everything was okay, so I’d give it 4 stars.
