Great purchase, fast delivery, quality products at a great price.

I have yet received my $251.33 that Allstarhealth took from my account. I wrote to them from my bank’s advice, asking them to write to my bank confirming that their bank agrees with my bank’s CHARGE BACK. But it seems they ignore my email.
This is on-going painful issue that has happened for 1 month since they wrongly charged my account whilst still in doubt about the information on my credit card. They made all excuses for my not being able to receive my money back. They seem to be unable to provide me with the records of what they have done so that I can get back my money $251.33.
I am not the only victim of this organization. I just want everyone to be cautious when doing shopping with them.

Hello, on March 13, I ordered (#1574938845) for $53 supplements that never arrived in Europe. The package is untrackable. In the beginning, the parcel was in California, handled by DHL. Then to Chicago, managed by USPS. I contacted customer service by email. I never had any news. Lets's avoid despite their unbeatable prices!

Called customer service to place an order and received a tracking number only hours after the order was placed.Items showed up 3 days later here at my location.Pleased and impressed.

I am writing this because of the poor reviews which I honestly don't understand, maybe I'be unsatisfied with allstarhealth tomorrow but for today, and since 2018 I am very happy about everything!

Great selection of products at the best prices. Fast shipping. Can't ask for more than that. Lifetime customer now! My local shoppe with vitamins can keep their coupons!

I have been buying from Allstathealth for years and never even once had an issue with my order. They always ship quick, the packaging is solid and their prices are unbeatable. I wish this company and its employees the best and thanks for offering your great prices in this economy

Has something happened to this organisation? I’ve been buying from them for many years - but have just received a newsletter which when opened, displays a message saying the website is impersonating another to steal financial info - and having read the post below about deliveries not arriving, I’m wondering whether it’s been taken over?

The vitamins never arrived. Poor customer service keeps saying they are not responsible for loss, undelivered items. Very poor experience buying from all star. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Better spend a little extra at a shop that takes responsibility for the shipping.

Excellent prices, excellent service, and an excellent selection! All Star has the products that I want at a lower price than other companies. I have been ordering from them for almost four years and have no complaints.

I purchased an essential oil diffuser which I loved and which worked properly for a little over one month. After that time it continued to work sporadically for an hour or two or less no matter that I cleaned it and allowed it to dry out. I spoke with Brandon at customer service who explained their thirty day return policy but graciously was going to check with his manager. Two days later, I was happily surprised to learn they had decided to refund my money for this defective diffuser rather than send me another one since I did not have the lot number. I chose to write this review since people are usually quick to criticize but I think it is equally important to let people know when they did something right. I will not hesitate to purchase from All Star Health again and will recommend them to others when the opportunity arises.
